Fresh Amla 250 g, also known as Indian gooseberry, is a firm, tart fruit widely used in Indian cooking, pickles, chutneys, juices and traditional preparations.

Its naturally sharp flavour works especially well in homemade achar, murabba, chutney and refreshing drinks. It can also be sliced or grated into recipes where a sour fruit note is wanted.
