Return & Refund Policy

Overview

At Sarthi Mart, we aim to provide high-quality Indian groceries, snacks, and beverages. Due to the nature of food products, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards. Return Eligibility

 We only accept returns if the product is damaged upon delivery or expired/near expiry (unusable). Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect orders, or opened/used products.

Reporting an Issue

 Customers must report issues within 48 hours via email (support@sarthimart.com) or phone (+44 7810440578) with order details and photos.

Refund Options

Refunds can be issued to the original payment method (within 3 working days) or as instant store credit. 

Non-Returnable Items

Most grocery items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Right to Refuse

We may refuse refunds if reported after 48 hours, without evidence, or if products are used/tampered.
