Service Area
We provide Sarthi Mart Local Delivery to selected postcodes: HA0, HA1, HA2, HA3, HA4, HA5, HA7, HA8, HA9, NW4, NW7, NW9, UB5 and UB6.
We also serve eligible UK Mainland addresses and selected special areas including Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man and selected Scottish Highlands & Islands postcodes. Special-area services have separate weight-based rates and may not cover every postcode. W5, W13, HA6 and the UB10 8 postcode sector are courier-delivery areas, not Local Delivery areas. Isle of Wight delivery remains unchanged while courier pricing is under review. Please see our Delivery Policy for current availability, charges and weight limits.
Orders & Delivery
Local Delivery operates Wednesday to Monday. Eligible orders placed before 3 PM are delivered the same day between 4 PM and 7 PM. Orders placed after 3 PM are normally delivered on the next available local delivery day between 4 PM and 7 PM. Tuesday is not a scheduled Local Delivery day. Public and bank holiday arrangements may vary.
For DPD UK Mainland Delivery, we aim to dispatch eligible orders placed before 12 PM Monday to Friday the same working day for next-working-day delivery where available. Standard delivery may take 2–4 working days and next-working-day delivery is not guaranteed. Friday orders placed before 12 PM may qualify for Saturday delivery where available; orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are normally dispatched on Monday, subject to courier and holiday arrangements.
Special-area delivery estimates currently range from 2–4 days to 2–8 days depending on the destination and courier. Please check the destination-specific rate tables in our Delivery Policy. The available delivery service and final charge are confirmed at checkout.
Delivery Charges
Local Delivery is FREE on orders of £25 or more; orders below £25 are £2.79. No weight limit applies to Local Delivery.
Eligible UK Mainland orders of £75 or more qualify for FREE delivery up to 28 kg; UK Mainland orders below £75 cost £6.69 up to 28 kg. Additional weight charges apply above 28 kg and depend on the order-value band. Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and Scottish Highlands & Islands use separate weight-based delivery charges and do not currently have a free-delivery threshold.
