Service Area
We deliver across two zones. Zone 1 covers Wembley and North-West London (HA0, HA1, HA2, HA3, HA4, HA5, HA7, HA8, HA9, NW4, NW7, NW9, UB5, UB6, W5, and W13) with local delivery. Zone 2 covers the rest of England, Wales, and Scotland via DPD and Evri couriers.
Orders & Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for local areas when you order before 3:00 pm. Next working day delivery is available for nationwide orders placed before 12:00 pm. If the customer is unavailable, we will contact them, leave the order in a safe place, or reattempt delivery.
Delivery Charges
For local delivery: free above £25, otherwise £2.79.
For UK nationwide delivery: charges depend on the total cart weight.
Product Availability
Out-of-stock items handled based on customer confirmation.
Payments
Card payments online. Cash/Card on delivery available after first successful order.
