Delivery Policy – Sarthi Mart
At Sarthi Mart, we offer two delivery options: local delivery for selected North-West London areas and nationwide courier delivery across the UK mainland.
Zone 1 – Local Delivery
We provide local delivery across the following postcodes:
HA0, HA1, HA2, HA3, HA4, HA5, HA7, HA8, HA9, NW4, NW7, NW9, UB5, UB6, W5 and W13.
Local Delivery Charges
Free delivery on orders over £25. Orders under £25 are charged £2.79.
Local Delivery Time
Orders placed before 3:00 pm, Monday to Saturday, are eligible for same-day local delivery. Orders placed after 3:00 pm will usually be delivered within 24 hours. Same-day local delivery is not available on Sundays or public/bank holidays.
Zone 2 – UK Nationwide Delivery
We deliver across the UK mainland through trusted courier partners, including DPD and Evri.
Our nationwide delivery service covers England, Wales and Scotland.
Please note that we do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, or other offshore locations.

Orders above 105 kg cannot be delivered through our standard courier service.
Nationwide Delivery Time
For nationwide orders, we will always try to dispatch parcels for next working day delivery where possible.
Orders placed before 12:00 pm midday, Monday to Friday, may be eligible for next working day dispatch.
However, next working day delivery is not guaranteed, as delivery times depend on courier availability, service levels, parcel weight, delivery location and other external factors.
If next working day delivery is unavailable or significantly more expensive, especially around weekends, we may send your order using a standard courier service. Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 working days. There are no courier deliveries on Sundays or public/bank holidays.
Delivery Delays
Although we aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, delays may sometimes happen due to severe weather, traffic disruptions, courier delays, public/bank holidays, high demand, or circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to keep customers informed if we become aware of any major delay affecting their order.
If You Are Unavailable
For local delivery, if you are unavailable at the time of delivery, we will try to contact you to arrange a safe place or organise a re-delivery where possible.
For nationwide courier delivery, the courier will usually attempt delivery on two occasions. If the order is not received after the second delivery attempt, the parcel may be returned to Sarthi Mart.
If your order is returned to us because delivery was unsuccessful, we will process a refund for the returned items within 10 working days after receiving the parcel back.
Please note that delivery charges may be deducted from the ref
und amount if the courier has already attempted delivery or if the parcel is returned due to missed delivery attempts, incorrect address details, or the customer being unavailable.

Please make sure your delivery address, postcode, phone number and email address are correct before placing your order.
Sarthi Mart is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.
