Delivery Policy – Sarthi Mart
Sarthi Mart offers two delivery methods. We provide Sarthi Mart Local Delivery to selected nearby postcodes using our own delivery team. Other eligible addresses across England, Wales and Scotland are served through DPD UK Courier Delivery.
A. Sarthi Mart Local Delivery
We provide local delivery to the following postcodes: HA0, HA1, HA2, HA3, HA4, HA5, HA6, HA7, HA8, HA9, NW4, NW7, NW9, UB5, UB6, UB10 8, W5 and W13.
Delivery charge: FREE on orders over £25. Orders below £25 are charged £2.79. There is no weight limit for Local Delivery.
Delivery time: Orders placed before 3 PM, Monday to Saturday, may qualify for same-day delivery. Orders placed later are usually delivered within 24 hours. Same-day delivery is unavailable on Sundays and public or bank holidays.
B. DPD UK Courier Delivery Charges
We deliver to eligible addresses across England, Wales and Scotland using DPD UK Courier Delivery.
We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands or other offshore locations.
The delivery charge depends on both your order value and your total cart weight.

Orders above 112 kg cannot be accepted online. Please contact Sarthi Mart directly and we will advise you of the available delivery option.
Courier Delivery Time
Orders placed before 12 PM, Monday to Friday, are normally dispatched the same working day for delivery the following day. Orders placed before 12 PM on Friday may be dispatched for Saturday delivery. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are normally dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Weekend dispatch is not available.
Next-working-day delivery is not guaranteed. Delivery times depend on courier availability, service level, parcel weight, location, bank holidays and other external conditions.
Delivery Delays
Although we aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, delays may sometimes happen due to severe weather, traffic disruptions, courier delays, public/bank holidays, high demand, or circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to keep customers informed if we become aware of any major delay affecting their order.
If You Are Unavailable
For Local Delivery, if you are unavailable, we will try to contact you to arrange a safe place or a suitable re-delivery where possible.
For DPD UK Courier Delivery, the courier will usually attempt delivery twice. If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel may be returned to Sarthi Mart.
When a parcel is returned because of missed attempts, an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the original delivery charge may be deducted from the refund.

Sarthi Mart is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.
