Natco Black Mustard(Rai) seeds

Natco Black Mustard Seeds 100 g / 400 g have a mild nutty flavour and are commonly used for tempering Indian vegetable dishes.

Natco recommends sautéing the seeds in hot oil before adding other ingredients. They work especially well in potato dishes, pickles, dal, poha and South Indian-style tadka.
