Top Op Lapsi Fine Crushed Wheat 375 g is finely crushed wheat, also commonly known as fine lapsi or daliya. Its smaller grain size cooks more quickly than coarser broken wheat and gives a softer finished texture.

Use it for traditional sweet lapsi, porridge-style dishes, savoury upma, khichdi and other recipes made with cracked or crushed wheat. It can be cooked with water or milk depending on the dish and flavoured with spices, vegetables, ghee, sugar, nuts or dried fruit.
