Natco Semolina Coarse

Natco Semolina Coarse is coarsely ground semolina made from freshly milled durum wheat. The larger, grittier texture gives more bite than fine semolina and is useful in recipes where you want the grain to remain more noticeable after cooking.

Natco recommends coarse semolina for baking as well as traditional dishes. It works particularly well for upma, rava dosa, sooji halwa with a grainier texture, cakes, biscuits and crisp coatings. It can also be used as an alternative to breadcrumbs in selected recipes.

Ideal for: upma, rava dosa, halwa, cakes, biscuits, coatings and savoury semolina dishes.

Allergy Advice: Contains wheat and gluten. Natco states that its manufacturing site also handles soya, milk, nuts, peanuts, sesame, mustard, celery and sulphites. Check the physical pack before use.
