Jalpur Besan Flour

Jalpur Besan Flour is gram flour made from chana dal (split chickpeas). Jalpur lists chana dal as the ingredient, giving this flour the familiar nutty flavour and fine texture used across Indian savoury dishes, snacks and sweets.
