Jalpur Bajri Flour 1 kg is millet flour made from 100% bajri (pearl millet), according to Jalpur’s manufacturer information. Bajri flour has a distinctive earthy flavour and is widely used in Gujarati, Rajasthani and other regional Indian cooking.

It is especially suited to bajra roti and bhakri, and can also be blended with other flours for thepla, savoury flatbreads and traditional recipes. Millet flour behaves differently from wheat flour because it does not develop gluten, so many recipes use warm water, careful shaping or a flour blend to make rolling easier.
