Top Op Semolina Extra Coarse 1.5kg

Top Op Semolina Extra Coarse 1.5 kg is a very coarse grade of durum wheat semolina with a pronounced gritty texture. Top Op describes its extra-coarse semolina as being sifted from freshly milled durum wheat and suitable for recipes where a stronger grain texture is desired.

This grade works well in hearty upma, grainy halwa, selected baked dishes, crisp coatings and recipes that benefit from a more substantial semolina bite. Because the particles are larger, it may take longer to absorb liquid than fine sooji.

Ideal for: textured upma, halwa, baking, crisp coatings and coarse semolina recipes.

Allergy Advice: Contains wheat and gluten. Top Op states that its manufacturing site also handles soya, milk, nuts, peanuts, sesame, mustard, celery and sulphites. Check the physical pack before use.
