Fortune Chakki fresh Atta

Fortune Chakki Fresh Atta is a whole wheat flour developed for soft, fluffy Indian rotis and chapatis. Fortune describes the product as 100% atta with 0% maida, made from selected wheat and processed using a chakki-style grinding method.

The flour is suitable for everyday roti, chapati, phulka and paratha, and can also be used in selected whole-wheat baking and savoury recipes. Fortune notes that the atta has good water absorption, so add water gradually while kneading until you reach a smooth, pliable dough.
