East end Chakki Atta 5 kg

East End Chakki Atta 5 kg is stoneground whole wheat chapatti flour made for soft, traditional Indian flatbreads. Current UK product information lists whole wheat flour as the ingredient and describes the atta as suitable for authentic chapattis with no added additives.

Use it to prepare chapati, roti, phulka and paratha. East End’s preparation guidance recommends gradually adding cold water to the flour to form a firm dough, kneading well and resting the dough before rolling and cooking. Its whole-wheat character also makes it useful in other savoury recipes that call for atta.
