Aashirvaad Atta with Multigrains 10 kg

Aashirvaad Atta with Multigrains is a wheat-based multigrain flour designed for everyday Indian flatbreads. Aashirvaad lists the blend as whole wheat atta combined with a multigrain mixture containing defatted soya flour, oat flour, psyllium husk, maize flour and Bengal gram flour.

This combination gives the atta a different texture and flavour from standard whole wheat flour while remaining suitable for familiar dishes such as roti, chapati, phulka and paratha. Because multigrain flour can absorb water differently from regular atta, add water gradually when kneading and allow the dough to rest before rolling.

Ideal for: multigrain roti, chapati, phulka, paratha and other everyday Indian flatbreads.
