Natco Fenugreek Seeds (methi seeds) 100g

Natco Fenugreek Seeds (Methi Seeds) 100g are whole fenugreek seeds with a distinctive, slightly bitter and aromatic flavour. They are an important ingredient in Indian cooking and are commonly used in pickles, chutneys, curries and spice blends.

Natco recommends sautéing the seeds in hot oil before adding vegetables to a dish. They are also used in vindaloo-style recipes and can be sprouted for use in salads. Toast or temper carefully, as a small quantity provides plenty of characteristic methi flavour.

Ingredients: Fenugreek seeds.
