Natco Cardamoms (Elaichi) 50g are aromatic green cardamom pods with a sweet, warm and distinctive fragrance. Green cardamom is widely used in Indian cooking and works beautifully in both savoury and sweet recipes.

Add whole or lightly crushed pods to biryani, pulao, curries and masala chai, or remove and grind the seeds for desserts such as kheer, halwa, barfi and other Indian sweets. A small quantity gives dishes a rich cardamom aroma without overpowering the other flavours.
