Natco Black Cumin Seeds 300 g have a milder and more peppery flavour than regular cumin according to Natco. They are distinct from nigella seeds, even though the names are sometimes confused.

Use in curries, lentils, breads, pastries and spice blends, or lightly toast before use to bring out more aroma.
