Delivery Policy – Sarthi Mart
Sarthi Mart offers Local Delivery in selected North-West London postcodes, tracked DPD courier delivery to eligible UK Mainland addresses and separately priced courier services to Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man and selected Scottish Highlands & Islands postcodes. Delivery eligibility and the final charge are confirmed at checkout.
A. Sarthi Mart Local Delivery
We provide local delivery to the following postcodes: HA0, HA1, HA2, HA3, HA4, HA5, HA7, HA8, HA9, NW4, NW7, NW9, UB5 and UB6.
Delivery charge: FREE on orders of £25 or more. Orders below £25 are charged £2.79. There is no weight limit for Local Delivery.
Delivery time: Orders placed before 3 PM, Wednesday to Monday, will be delivered the same day between 4 PM and 7 PM. Orders placed after 3 PM will normally be delivered on the next available local delivery day between 4 PM and 7 PM. Tuesday is not a scheduled Local Delivery day. Delivery times may vary on public or bank holidays.
B. DPD UK Courier Delivery Charges
We deliver to eligible addresses across England, Wales and mainland Scotland using DPD UK Courier Delivery. The £75 UK Mainland free-delivery promotion applies to eligible orders up to 28 kg; additional weight charges apply above 28 kg. Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man and selected Scottish Highlands & Islands areas have separate rates.
W5, W13, HA6 and the UB10 8 postcode sector are treated as DPD UK Courier Delivery areas. They are not eligible for Sarthi Mart Local Delivery.
Special-area courier delivery is available for Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man and selected Scottish Highlands & Islands postcodes as detailed below. Not every offshore, island or remote postcode is necessarily covered. Please confirm availability and charges at checkout.
The delivery charge depends on both your order value and your total cart weight.

Courier Delivery Time
For eligible UK Mainland orders placed before 12 PM Monday to Friday, we aim for same-working-day dispatch and next-working-day delivery where available. Friday orders placed before 12 PM may qualify for Saturday delivery where the courier offers that service. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are normally dispatched on Monday, subject to bank holidays, courier availability and other operational conditions. Weekend dispatch is not available.
Next-working-day delivery is not guaranteed. Delivery times depend on courier availability, service level, parcel weight, location, bank holidays and other external conditions.
Special-area delivery: Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man and selected Scottish Highlands & Islands addresses use the separate weight-based rates below. The £75 UK Mainland free-delivery promotion does not apply to these destinations. Availability and final charges are confirmed at checkout.

Delivery Delays
Although we aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, delays may sometimes happen due to severe weather, traffic disruptions, courier delays, public/bank holidays, high demand, or circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to keep customers informed if we become aware of any major delay affecting their order.
If You Are Unavailable
For Local Delivery, if you are unavailable, we will try to contact you to arrange a safe place or a suitable re-delivery where possible.
For DPD UK Courier Delivery, the courier will usually attempt delivery twice. If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel may be returned to Sarthi Mart.
When a parcel is returned because of missed attempts, an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the original delivery charge may be deducted from the refund.

Delivery eligibility and prices depend on the destination and total cart weight. Final available methods and charges are determined at checkout. Please make sure your delivery address, postcode, phone number and email address are correct before placing your order.
Sarthi Mart is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.
